Evens is a born and raised Haitian who learned to cook from his grandma at a very young age,

Maggy and Evens met in Cap Haitian in 2016 and have been friends ever since, and of course, married! They have two little girls and love sharing Haitian culture with the Pittsburgh area.

They started the food truck after many years of wanting to own their own business. Evens loves sharing his cooking and culture with anyone who is interested to learn about Haiti!
